The Director General Ulrik Nødgaard manages the work of Executive Management and answers to relevant ministers and councils. The Director General has the overall professional responsibility for strategic planning and allocation of resources across the different divisions.

 

Deputy Director General Flemming Nytoft Rasmussen is responsible for supervision of the financial strength and risk profile of all financial undertakings.

 

Deputy Director General Julie Galbo is responsible for the remaining part of supervision of financial undertakings, supervision of investors and issuers, as well as for preparation and interpretation of legislation.

 

Deputy Director General Jan Parner is responsible for the supervision of insurance and pension companies, insurance intermediaries, as well as for the compliance of undertakings with regulations on financial reporting and auditing.
