Banking Division 2

This Division supervises medium-sized banks and it is responsible for determining capital elements and liquidity. The Division is in charge of coordination of Danish FSA advice and services concerning international affairs for the Minister. The Division deals with Danish FSA interests relating to the EU special committee for the financial sector, EU level 2 committees, the OECD, and the IMF. The Division also negotiates Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with foreign supervisory authorities.
